went to look at my neck and my hand.

cause i accidentally sprained them. xD.

the doctor said that my muscle is very tight.

maybe is because of using computer to much.

and ofcoz. my pilly-lowlow (pillow) got problem.

he said i must changed them.

T.T. sad mia.

my pilly-lowlow want say bye bye dyy..

so. i follow a nurse to a room.

for physio therapy.

they use some kind of ultrasound device with electron to relax my muscle.

arghh. it keep on sucking my neck.

but kinda interesting. lols.

but my hand. they use different way to relax my hand's muscle.

they apply a gel on my hand.

then they use some kind of ultrasound device to massage my hand.

oh no. not agaiin..?!

it's so ache.

the physio therapy lasted for an hour.

it finally finished after the doctor massage my muscle.

pain wehh..

hate it.

tml must went thr again.

it must continue for two to three weeks..

but they said nevermind.

it wont affect it.

went to queens* yesterday.
watched " The Painted Skin ".
such a nice movie.

the movie was abt a woman ' Pei Rong '
whom sacrificed herself for her love ones,
to save everyone's life.
from a demon which cut off a man's heart by using..
her hands only.
just to protect her human skin from getting old.


her real body is made up of......
worms. i think.
but she is a wolf lar actt.

but the meaning of the movie was quite nice.
the background too.
it's abt true love.


the demon sacrifice herself too.. at the ending..
just to save the one she fall in love with.
bcoz she fall in love with ' Pei Rong's ' husband.
